WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Traffic Coordinator is a highly organised and proactive team member who supports the traffic management process across creative projects. This individual works closely with the Studio Manager, Creative Team, Integrated Production Team and Creative teams to track briefs, maintain schedules, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys collaborating across multiple teams, and is motivated to keep projects running smoothly in a fast-paced agency environment.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a creative agency or production environment, ideally in traffic coordination, project coordination, or similar
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively across creative, production, and account teams
  • Familiarity with resource management tools such as Google Sheets, Streamtime, Resource Guru, or Teamwork
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred but not required
  • Degree or diploma in a related discipline is preferred but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES 
As the Traffic Coordinator, you will be the backbone of project delivery across the creative team. You will ensure that briefs are clearly tracked, deadlines are met, and teams have the resources and clarity they need to deliver their best work. This role is about keeping the engine running smoothly so that creative, production, and account teams can focus on creating exceptional experiences for clients.
  • Support the Studio Manager in managing briefs, project timelines, and creative deliverables
  • Maintain and update project schedules, workflows, and resourcing trackers to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate internal meetings, status updates, and project communication across teams
  • Monitor project priorities and proactively flag potential conflicts or delays
  • Assist in allocating resources to ensure the right team members have what they need to deliver projects effectively
  • Support post-project reporting and documentation to improve future processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to more efficient traffic workflows
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and project continuity
